Shipping
In stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days or your order. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $3.50, unless advertised otherwise on the site, for delivery to anywhere in the United States.
Items will by shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending upon the size of the order. The customer will be notified of any delays in shipping.
Returns
Returns and refunds on paper patterns and kits will be authorized on a case by case basis. If you have any questions about returns and refunds, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or email donna@foxtrailsneedlework.com. Due to the prevalence of copyright infringement, Fox Trails Needlework's PDF patterns are nonrefundable.
Patterns By Other Designers Other Than Fox Trails Needlework
Fox Trails Needlework is an approved supplier/retailer of all patterns on foxtrailsneedlework.com. All patterns are an original hardcopy and obtained through an authorized wholesaler or the designer themselves. Copies of the original pattern are not made and sold on this website or sold by special request. The hardcopy of an original pattern cannot (will not) be turned into a PDF and sold through this website or sold by special request. Copyright off all patterns belong to the designer.
Kits
Fox Trails Needlework is an approved supplier/retailer of kits on foxtrailsneedlwork.com. The pattern contained in the kit will not be sold separately, will not be copied and sold, and will not be turned into a PDF and sold.
Fox Trails Needlework Patterns
Fox Trails Needlework patterns are available in hardcopy and PDF. As we are the designer, Fox Trails Needlework patterns are the only patterns on the website offered as a PDF for sale.
Bargains
Bargains consist of original hardcopies of patterns, kits, fabric, and books from my collection of needlework products obtained over the years. These items were not purchased from a wholesaler and were purchased for personal use. The condition of each item and contents will be described under each item's listing. No pattern will be copied and sold in batch quantities or sold as a PDF. Excerpts from books will not be copied and sold. Copies of patterns for sale will not be made and retained for personal use. Shipping, as described above, also pertains to Bargain items.
