Shipping
Holiday Shipping: Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow extra time for deliveries. Orders must be received by December 14th to allow enough time for delivery by Christmas to anywhere in the United States.
In stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Special order items will ship within 2-3 days of receipt of the item from the vendor. The customer will be notified of any delays in receiving special orders.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $3.50 for delivery to anywhere in the United States unless advertised otherwise on the site.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending upon the size of the order. The customer will be notified of any delays in shipping.
International orders will ship at a flat rate. Over payments for shipping on international orders will be refunded through PayPal.

Returns
Returns and refunds on paper patterns and kits will be authorized on a case by case basis. If you have any questions about returns and refunds, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or email donna@foxtrailsneedlework.com. Due to the prevalence of copyright infringement, Fox Trails Needlework's PDF patterns are nonrefundable.
